For more than the past 15 years, health and well-being are the best guides I've followed for myself and the people in my life.
I chose to study therapeutic massage as a way to align my career with these values, and as a way to contribute to the well-being of others.
Achieving my 4th Dan Black Belt in Taekwon-do, and my experience as a professional teacher of this martial art, have also enhanced my understanding of body work and physical health.
I consider these two approaches complementary perspectives, or the yin and yang of the same goal:
